Who is La Nuova Musica?
La Nuova Musica (LNM) has rapidly established itself as one of the most versatile performing groups of its kind. since its foundation in 2007. Under the direction of founder and Artistic Director, David Bates, La Nuova Musica has placed dynamism, discovery, and rediscovery at the heart of every performance.
Why does LNM need support?
La Nuova Musica, like many other arts organisations, operates in an environment where ticket sales and promoters fees do not cover its costs. The support of individuals, together with other funding sources, is therefore essential to enable its survival.
Regular financial support allows the ensemble to plan with confidence, to create exciting artistic programmes and to deliver outstanding performances that move and inspire players and audiences alike. More specifically we need funding to support.
Creative programming: Many of our larger projects require us to find funding to enable us to put them on.
Commissions: Help bring a new work to life and add to the repertoire.
Developing young performers: LNM are dedicated to giving opportunities to young singers at the beginning of their careers.
Rehearsals and Concerts: Hire costs for rehearsals and performances.
Keeping the show on the road: supporting the people that keep things ticking.
How you can support us
REGULAR SUPPORTERS
You can choose to be an annual or monthly patron.
All our patrons can enjoy:
Involvement with musicians at performances, rehearsals and private social events.
Sharing of musical knowledge with detailed notes on upcoming works, informal illustrated talks.
Regular Communication with emailed newsletters illustrating the difference your money makes to all activities.
Social occasions with fellow supporters bonded in affection and admiration of LNM.
Acknowledgement of support on LNM website and in print (where appropriate) plus additional benefits for each level of support.
La Nuova Musica is a registered charity (number 1144998), meaning that gifts from UK taxpayers can be made under the Gift Aid Scheme.

Invitation to an early rehearsal for a particular concert
Invitation to a private dinner with the Artistic Director, musicians and soloists.
Other ways to support us
DONORS
Some of our donors prefer to donate to a specific project rather than being part of our patron scheme, others just like to give when inspired but all donations large or small underpin LNM’s continuing development and inspirational musicianship.
Any acknowledgement and benefits are commensurate with the value of the gift.

Our Benefactors pledge significant support at the highest level. Their substantial contributions allow LNM to go forward with renewed confidence developing new trailblazing projects. GIFTS IN MEMORY
If you would like to remember a friend or family member who shared your love of music, there is the opportunity to dedicate a concert or a specific work to their memory.
All such gifts will be acknowledged with a dedication in the concert programme and on the website. Please contact development@lanuovamusica.co.uk to discuss the most appropriate avenue.
