Mission
Everything that we do starts with the voice. David Bates and La Nuova Musica bring singers and period instrumentalists together as equal storytellers in live and recorded experiences, where the singers lead and the instruments sing, to create a sound that is cohesive, driven, and unmistakably alive.
Vision
A future where the theatricality of period performance emerges as a living, breathing, visceral discovery where the line between singer and player disappears, and audiences are changed by their experience.
